Yes!  We maintain a license with Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (El Paso County and Woodland Park), Teller County, and Douglas County.

We do tile showers, floors, and backsplashes.  We use full waterproof shower systems and install per manufacturer specifications and industry standards/best practices.

There are many variables that determine timeframe for project completion.  We do our best to provide an accurate estimate and keep you updated along the way.  We have high quality standards and do most if not all of the work ourselves.  This can lead to slightly longer project timeframes, but maintains a high level of quality at more reasonable pricing.

Yes, if done properly any time is a good time.  Many factors influence the decision to buy, where to buy, and the end goal for the investment property (sell or hold and rent).  Our consultation will help educate and guide you through the process in the current real estate market.

While this is not a staple service for us, we do sometimes conduct “turns” on rental properties between tenants and will service a substantial list of handyman type tasks at any given property as our schedule allows.  Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Yes, we have general liability insurance and will provide you with a copy upon request.  We warranty our work for 1 year and is included in our Contractor Agreement (Contract).

We are real estate investors ourselves that have resources we know and trust to use for our own investment properties in addition to our own efforts.  The strategy, team and resources we recommend are proven for us personally and we extend these to our customers.  

Yes, we paint interiors and exteriors with high quality Sherwin Williams paint products.
